Logistics & Fulfillment Policy

Order Lead Time

Standard orders must be placed with full payment at least 6 days in advance.
Large-scale or custom projects require a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and scope.

Self-Pickup Option

Clients are welcome to collect their orders by appointment at our designated location. Self-pickup is free of charge. Please ensure timely arrival for your scheduled pickup slot.

Delivery Service – Helium Balloons, Flower and Chocolate Arrangement

We offer delivery of helium balloons with a flat-rate fee. Deliveries are made curbside, and clients are required to collect directly from our delivery van at the specified location.
We deliver to most areas across Hong Kong.
Additional charges may apply for remote or restricted-access locations.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are advised to inspect all items immediately upon receipt. In the rare event that any product is found to be damaged or deflated during transit:

On-Site Setup Services

We offer professional installation services for event setups. Pricing is determined based on:

The complexity of the design,
The estimated setup time, and
The location of the event.
