Event Booking Terms & Conditions

We know that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to help you navigate changes while maintaining fairness for all our clients and team members.

Booking Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed and full payment is received, all details—including design and schedule—are considered final. While we cannot offer refunds or discounts after confirmation, we do provide flexible options for rescheduling and credit where possible.

Rescheduling Guidelines

  • You may request to reschedule your booking at least 5 days in advance of your event date.
  • Each booking is eligible for one reschedule only, and the new date must fall within 30 days of the original event.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event are eligible for a credit of 80% of the total order value. This credit can be used toward a future booking within 6 months of the original event date. An administrative fee of 20% will apply.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for credit or refund, as materials and resources will have already been allocated.
  • All issued credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

Design Adjustments

If you’d like to make changes to your confirmed design, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the scope of the changes.

Weather-Related Changes

  • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect before 6:30 AM on the day of your event, services will be postponed.
  • We will contact you to arrange a new date within 30 days of the original booking.
  • Rescheduling beyond this 30-day window will not be eligible for refund or credit.
